We believe that everything we do comes from our users. So, we create a game that allows users to fully feel the joy that our games can bring. The question of ‘How can users feel interested?’ is an indicator like the North Star, which tells us about the path we should take when we are worried about what to do during development.

Studios within NEXON GAMES are autonomous organizations with full authority and responsibility. We believe that our capabilities can be maximized within this autonomous system. The members of our organization are also professionals who move within their own vision. Instead of regulations and systems, we work according to vision and context. We don’t just do what someone else tells us to do. We make the things that we need to do in order to create a better game.

Instead of compromising on the average level that anyone can do, we take an extra step. We believe that a better game can only be completed, when we take a step further in all aspects of development. While imagining the moment when we can proudly speak out “I made this part!”, we immerse ourselves in making a difference that no one can easily reach under our names. A bright line in our career will be completed at NEXON GAMES.

We speak only the truth

We speak our opinions to others freely. We ask questions of any type, and do not hesitate to speak out what we think the problem is. If we disagree on something, we say so, and if we have a better idea, we voice our opinion. Because we believe that our honesty will produce better future results, we put more value on honesty than short-term results. Even if mistakes may be made, we put the value of honesty first, and focus on improving the process.

We communicate concisely and clearly for everyone to understand easily. We focus not on the packaging, but rather on the contents. How we deliver something is not important at all. Rather than fancy PPTs that are hard to read, we try to derive the message we want to give. We communicate without misunderstandings so that our work does not go in the wrong way. We are always synchronized with each other, which maximizes communication efficiency.
